@RJSCity Dr. Summers, do you have any specific recommendations what a reasonable approach to density and infill would be? Seems to me that we need to, at least initially, establish detailed metrics in the Zoning Bylaw that achieve some increased density, and that works for all.

@AndrewKnack Any specific recommendations on amendments to the Zoning Bylaw Andrew would support? Would Andrew support amendments to reduce the number of units on a typical mid block lot to 4 from the current 8? And would Andrew support reducing the number on corner lots to 6?
