#StockportCounty have signed winger Ryan Glover for an undisclosed fee from Barnet, making the 25-year-old the club's first signing of the summer transfer window.
The Hatters were one of several League One clubs after the former Aldershot Town attacker. Glover signs a three-year deal at Edgeley Park.
Head coach Jimmy McNulty: "Ryan is a talented, versatile and dynamic player who works extremely hard for his team on and off the ball."
"Outside of his on-pitch abilities, Ryan’s character is one I believe will be warmly received by the group as a highly positive team-mate."
Asked the question on the Head Coach title for Jimmy McNulty and am told unequivocally that the new #StockportCounty boss has 'final say' on recruitment and that things will work the same way in that regard as they did with Dave Challinor.
Feels like there are usually reasons why one title is chosen and not the other, but that's all I've got atm.
Rochdale have published an open letter from McNulty to their fans in the meantime: https://t.co/2KW6UlWSc4

Jimmy McNulty is the new #StockportCounty Head Coach.
Believe the now former Rochdale boss was always the only real serious candidate for the job and signs a three-year deal. The former County defender, part of the 2008 League Two promotion-winning side, says he wants to play "a brand of football that the fans love."
McNulty: "To go full circle and return to County all these years on feels incredible. Some opportunities feel like they're meant to be. There's so much alignment and connection here for me, so there’s amazing pride for me and my family."
County owner Mark Stott: "From our very first meeting, it was clear that Jimmy's vision for the team aligns closely with our own, and I’m excited to see that vision come to life at Edgeley Park."
"We've made incredible progress over the last six years, but I genuinely believe there is even more to come. I'm excited about the direction we're heading in and what lies ahead for the club.”
