@wownetwork PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE zoom out the camera so we can see the playoff lacrosse game vs ECS. Since the second quarter started, it's too tight to see what's happening.

@AmericanAir I am not able to search for a reward flight on AA .com. It worked fine last week but now I'm getting an unrelated error related to my account settings. I checked my acct settings (which haven't changed since last wk, when I booked without issue), and I have a state!

@adamhe_sea @FISGlobal Same. I hadn't called Paytrust support in yrs, but it appears the current owners have support outsourced to a third-party. I spoke to someone overseas who was courteous but obviously reading from a script and did not know the new software. Have you started sourcing a replacement?

@adamhe_sea @FISGlobal Any response from @fisglobal?

@Delta I'm trying to check in for an international flight tomorrow morning and cannot complete. I've tried on iOS and laptop. Can you help?

@eVoice We are still having trouble porting out a number and no response from customer service for weeks.

[Rob Thompson @RobThompsonToGo]

@eVoice We have been trying to get a response from both customer service and your number porting team since 3/20. No response. Hoping someone can help us with our issues ASAP.

An intriguing piece from @nytdavidbrooks on ambition in #China via @amaxwell. "Capitalist ambition is an energizing gale force. If there’s not an equally fervent counterculture to direct it, the wind uproots the tender foliage that makes life sweet." https://t.co/OgqHfsYBeX
