🇩🇪🔴 A German mother was severely beaten after asking young people to turn down their music so her children could sleep.

"We asked him to turn the music off, he got aggressive, ran towards me, and smashed my head multiple times against a curb," said the victim Denise Kreppel.

Now, Kreppel is desperate after the main suspect only received a year of probation.

"I'm making this video because I'm disappointed, hurt, and angry at the German rule of law."

"The guy got 1 year on probation and 80 hours of community service. He was in court for three different cases of assault, where he had already beaten other people."

The incident was even caught on video. Off video, the main suspect also beat Kreppel's friend Laura when she tried to intervene.

Now, there are fears that in Germany, it is rule of criminals over the people. The entire legal system is telling Kreppel to go to hell and take her beating despite serious injuries.

"Naturally, we were completely dissatisfied with the sentence. So we said that this wasn't okay for us and appealed. I just received a letter from my lawyer. Both the lawyer and the judge advise me to drop the appeal because the chances of success are close to zero."
