I’ve got a few pieces left from the last Too rare to die series, this tree ring print is a prototype for some other tree ideas I’ve got going on. It will be in the store for the next couple of days 😀
I've been playing with watercolour over the last couple of weeks testing out some new ideas for some trees, most of the trees I've made in the past are coloured with inks, I love the inks I use but you can do things with watercolour that you can't with ink…….
Last orders for the watercolour hearts, I’ve got a 3 of this batch left and just enough time to make one last batch and get them sent out so they arrive on Wednesday (if you’re in the U.K.)
I’ll keep them live on the site until Sunday night ❤️

Next up from the print rack is this unique lacquered Mountainscape on plywood. This was a test I did before I did the main edition of 6 which were un-lacquered. The lacquer brings a richness to wood and print. Definitely a technique I’ll be trying again some day.
Before I crack on with the rest of Too rare to die pt3, I totally forgot to post these Valentines hearts to socials over the weekend, all the white ones have gone now, so if you want a white one I’ll make it to order, black ones still available….

These are in good studio condition
This massive studio condition 1x1m Copper beech web got snapped up by someone on the mailing list so not going into the store, I’ve still got a few bits left from the ‘too rare to die part 2’ email I sent out last week but they’re on hold so I’ll continue with the last remaining.
I’ve got nothing new in the store tonight, however I was pleased to find out that this piece reached its final destination this evening. Found in a tube in my studio after 15 years and still looking fresh.
Tomorrow will probably be last orders before Christmas….
Tonight in the store for 48hrs is The Swoop AP 6/6. I didn’t even realise I made these so to find them in the folder was a nice surprise, each AP is a different colour way all made in 2012 or somewhere around then.
This one is now on its way to the states and was the only black floral explosion I could find, I’ve still got a few studio condition green ones and pink ones. These were the first proper screen prints I made in 2008 done on a home built set up.
