Paid $247.47 to Bosch for a pump diagnosis on Sept 25th. Bosch confirmed the failed pump. Their follow-up repair is now scheduled for October 15th, 20 days after diagnosis! The part is available overnight. @BoschHomeCA @BoschAppliances please explain this.
