@MikeKeegan_DM There will only be about 3 teams in Europe who are able to spend more than English teams anyway if these rules go ahead, hardly end of the PL as we know it! It will help slow down the gap between the top and lower teams = more competition, not less.

@Alex_Berwick Crazy that we have to sit thru allowing play to continue for any close offside multiple times a match, every week. Nearly every time they’re actually offside.

Then when it comes to a close decision where a player is about to score the referee can’t wait to blow the whistle.
