@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp We shipped multiple packages yesterday to different destinations. Scans all showed they made it to their sorting facilities (Etobicoke & Dartmouth) but now all shipments are showing "delayed in transit due to missed connection". Why?

Just noticed - all 3 packages turned to "Delayed in transit due to missed connection" at exactly 8:00 even though in different facilities. This one (image) showed the 8:00 note AFTER an 8:06 arrival scan in Dartmouth...

Ended up having to hang up at about 2 hours 30, still no resolution.
