@united your “refund” policies in this crisis are inhumane. Was supposed to fly to Hawaii on 5/31 on vacation. There’s a 14 day mandated quarantine there. Obviously can’t go. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY! A United credit won’t pay my rent or groceries right NOW. Stop acting like pigs!

@NYCTSubway Again, the one turnstile at the south end of the uptown R/W train at Rector Street is not working. Install a reader on the second turnstile at that entrance!!! This is ridiculous!

@NYCTSubway , if the sole card reader does not work at the south entrance of the R/W uptown train at Rector Street, put up a sign so your customers can avoid going downstairs unnecessarily. And put in another card reader entrance to avoid this problem!
