Only 2 American planes total were shot down by Iran and neither one was stealth, it was an F-15 E and an A-10 Warthog, both 4th gen. Contrast that with 8,000+ sorties flown against Iran with 13,000+ targets destroyed.

Also compare income: U.S. avg ≈ $5k/month vs China ≈ $1.2k. Relative to income, Americans can afford far more pizzas.
