@InfoCrankpower Does the display show a cumulative value i.e., if in the first minute of my workout I produce X Watts and in the second minute I produce Y Watts the display would read X + Y Watts. Or does it show the Watts at any given moment, i.e. at minute 2 only displays Y Watts. Thanks
@NiepelMario@LancasterM What I don't understand is how increased volume doesn't impact progression but higher intensity does. If a higher intensity is harmful then surely a greater amount at higher intensity would be worse. A composite measure like you mention is required.
@Wonk52468385 @girlsma1969@LancasterM The increased inflammation makes sense as a link between very vigorous exercise and CAD progression. But how does intense exercise encourage the breakdown of calcifications? Are we talking about destabilization of surrounding tissue?
