@etihad At Mumbai aiport when chasing an update, I was told the luggage didn't get sent on when I transferred flights, this information hasn't been provided anywhere in the automated systems, is there a contact where I can actually speak to someone regarding my case?

@etihad Landed in Mumbai 28/12/22, suitcase didnt arrive. Did the form at the airport and heard nothing since, no answer on any phone numbers or to any emails while away, just tried a UK number for lost bags and went to VM, which was full so couldn't even leave a message

@etihad Wasn't allowed in the airport as not flying that day, noone from etihad would come speak to me, an airport employee took my details in, who relayed that it could take up to for 7 days to hear back about my luggage, and no compensation would be discussed before then 3/?

@etihad The phone number listed on the etihad website for missing luggage in Mumbai wasn't answered the first 20 calls and when it eventually did get answered they told me to go to the airport in person as the team I actually needed wouldn't take calls 2/?
