On behalf of everyone at Robafoam, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! 🎄✨❄️
Here are Robafoam’s shutdown down dates for over the festive period: We will be closed from Thurs 22nd December 2022 and will re-open on Tues 3rd January 2023.
Happy Christmas!
The use of plasma is an important part of our foam sealing process, with some of our customer’s parts requiring plasma processing before we apply our foam seal. Having plasma systems fitted to each of our robotic systems means this is easily incorporated into the sealing process
One of the benefits of our foam seals is its adaptability to meet the requirements of a specific part. One of these adjustments is changing the hardness-generally speaking; the harder the foam, the more compressive force generated and therefore the better the seal #hardness#foam
Robafoam’s lab cell has been specifically designed for use in the Electric Vehicle industry. EV battery enclosures can be accommodated by our 2m x 3m system, allowing the entire enclosure to be sealed to ensure no water ingress into the battery packs. Get in touch for more info
One of the many benefits of using a robotically applied seal is the ability to change the bead size as it’s applied. We provide foam bead sizes specific to the requirements of the application, ranging from 1.6mm to 20mm. For more information get in touch! #sealingsolutions#robot
