@clarissaward @UPS A friend of mine from Italy sent me a box with oil, wine, and food, paying the taxes. I had to pay the taxes again to receive a box which was not the original one, oil and part of the food was missing. Impossible to speak on the phone with UPS, my phone credit not enough.
