It's all about the money. We can print so much money without crazy price inflation because of our reserve currency status maintained by the military industrial complex. Our military forces global trade to occur in USD (the petrodollar), which then means foreign countries value our dollars more than our stuff. This is why our shores got flooded with cheap foreign goods, because they cared more about getting the dollars than they did about the stuff. Dollars were/are in high demand so that the rest of the world can engage in global trade. This is why we don't make stuff here anymore and you can't get a job. Domestic producers can't compete with overseas firms that are essentially giving stuff away. Here in the US I can buy finished goods from China for less money than buying the raw materials they're made out of domestically. I did this trick recently where I was doing a trailer project and I bought a weight rack that included the angle iron I needed. I got the whole thing shipped to my door with all the hardware and packaging and a bunch of other plate steel and angle for less than I could buy two sticks of angle locally.
Redactions in the Epstein files are meant to protect victims.
In February, Rep. Jamie Raskin read the unredacted files and found Leslie Wexner's name blacked out. Wexner is not a victim.
A billionaire got the protection meant for survivors.
People think this is going to be George Floyd 2.0, but I don't agree. They don't control the discourse anymore. The only way that stuff works is if the truth gets suppressed. If Karmelo is convicted, people will be forced to accept the verdict as just, because the truth will be staring them in the face.
COLLIN COUNTY- “He was NOT an aggressor, Karmelo was not an aggressor, he was minding his damn business when them boys came up to him”
A Karmelo Anthony supporter passionately defends him stating that he is innocent and was simply acting in self-defense.
She got extremely aggressive and angry as media began to swarm one of the Austin Metcalf supporters that walked over with his American flag.

@Johnny_DGB It's showing a fairly predictable 4 year bear market decline. Probably a self-fulfilling prophecy at this point. I don't know why anyone is surprised.
You can mock libertarians all you want.
Some are crazy. Some are wildly impractical.
But one thing you can’t honestly say is that they’re usually wrong.
They’re the first to flag the unintended consequences - only to usually get dismissed or laughed at.
Iraq. The financial crisis. COVID. Iran. The pattern repeats.
They call it. It happens. No one admits it. Rinse, repeat.
Maybe… just maybe… it’s time to start listening?
A reminder of what these bastards did to us in 2020. I will never forget this, and I will never forgive the people behind this vast conspiracy. You dumb commies nearly starved everyone to death by completely shutting down supply chains, to "slow the spread", but somehow it was suddenly cool for people to go out into the streets en masse and raise hell, spreading germs everywhere they go (with masks on so identities were hidden of course), because of a completely made up "white supremacy" problem. If you're reading this, please remind yourself that the reason you still can't afford groceries today is because of what these morons did to us. Go to hell NPR, you irredeemable festering sac of pus.
Dozens of public health and disease experts have signed an open letter in support of the nationwide anti-racism protests.
"White supremacy is a lethal public health issue that predates and contributes to COVID-19," they wrote.

I'm having a hard time coming up with a different reason for this. It's crazy to think that most of the homicides in this country were actually being committed by a small group of illegal aliens, but that's what it looks like here. Is there a better explanation?
@Janicebuffy@CivicSparks It makes more sense for people to complain about things local to them than ones that have very little to do with their daily lives actually.
