Been grafting for a while to lose weight, first picture was 2 days before Xmas. To the second picture taken last weekend. What a difference, it’s been hard work for months it’s not been an easy road. But seeing the difference so far with more to go is keeping me going 💪

CHRISTMAS DAY
The club will be open from 11am to 1pm on Christmas Day for anyone who wants a chat, a cup of tea and a bit of company.
