BREAKING: More Classic Sonic games are underway, confirmed by Takashi Iizuka.

In an interview with Inven Global, the Creative Officer of the Sonic the Hedgehog brand has stated:

“We consider 2D Sonic based on Classic Sonic, 3D-based Modern Sonic, and racing games as the three major pillars of the Sonic franchise. Right now, we aim to thoroughly satisfy the demand for racing games through 'Sonic Racing'. Of course, we also plan to continue evolving both Classic Sonic and Modern Sonic going forward.”

While calling them the three pillars, Iizuka-san acknowledges that Modern Sonic is the main drive of the series, while Classic Sonic and the racing titles act as the supporting ones.

@ElCocolll @KMizuyari @benloberry Yeah but the game isn't like crob, there's nothing wrong with different rarities, it helps differentiate them more and it doesn't make them harder to obtain, they all share the same low chance and they can all be obtained if you do their events... I don't see the problem

If we have the beasts awaken, then they should do what they did the ancients to avoid it, but Rajapendra is a fully alternate timeline Burning Spice, he wouldn't work as a costume
