Highlight of today's grading is a new concept of making a
"Bias before and after mind map." in their case about elderly. The idea is to pro-actively confront and remind the designer of whatever pre-existing connotations they have and reconsider those after the empathize phase.

Really weird find today, we were planning a holiday to Cuba but apparently "someone" in early January 2021 decided that the right to an ESTA Visa Waiver for US should be withdrawn if someone visits this country. As we visited US and like to in the future, seems Cuba is cancelled.

@acagamic I once got the advice to block a certain amount of time per week, never managed, hard to say no to fun things but good to put this on our minds. The person that gave the advice also didn't manage to do this. I do notice that social pressure to write together helps a lot for this.
