@HasbroPulse so after pre-ordering a pulse rifle back in October 2021 my item was shipped with no label so was undeliverable, spoken to hasbro many times and nothing has done, it’s now been sent back to hasbro, utterly disgraceful service! Where is my pre-order? Or my £100?
