@JimmyStone_ With the players available. What you don't do is appoint a manager like Appleton, who merely weeks after he is appointed starts slagging off the players available.

@JimmyStone_ I agree that Andy Scott has not do far been a very effective Director of Football. However I agree with Jimmy that Charlton's approach is not consistent. If you have an all powerful Director of Football in charge of player recruitment then you appoint a manager prepared to work
