Swinney flies US to support 🏴 national football team and build business. His sports minister flies economy. BBC in meltdown. Starmer flies private jet - £60000 - for 1 game at the Euros, BBC not a sausage, ditto profligate 'royals' flying here, there, everywhere. State bias.
This is remarkable and incredibly worrying for democracy. A French government agency detected interference from an Israeli firm in the Scottish Parliament elections, but the UK Labour (friends of Israel) Government won’t release more info in case it harms relations with Israel.
Take note some recent departures
What a classy goodbye from a player who through good and bad form never hid and played a big part in a memorable season

The SNP say there's no such party as Scottish Labour. They're right of course. It's just Labour. They should go further and say there's no such station as BBC Scotland. It's just the BBC. We don't call it 'Scottish IKEA' or 'Netflix Scotland'.
Nicola Sturgeon was THE person to asset strip the SNP. Not only funding but also people. All the best of the Yes movement were undermined and bullied out of the party in order for Nic to surround herself by folk who would only answer Yes to her
Oh ffs 🤦♂️ this “London luvvie” is full of wind and p!&h🙈 she had a decade to get us independence she had 56 out of 59 MPs she had the Brexit open goal fiasco she had 7 mandates and chose to do f all but embrace gender ideology😱she deserves a boot up the hoop(get in line folks)
The independence referendum happened in 2014.
Nobody under the age of 30 had a vote.
The 18 year old pupils leaving 6th year weren't even at school.
Yet you, your party and your new leader continue to block Scottish democracy by blocking a referendum.
@andyburnham@UKLabour
An English newspaper pretending to be Scottish and lying about Scottish exams.
The attainment gap narrowed this year when compared to last year. It also narrowed compared to pre-pandemic levels.
@DonaldsonESPN@jamb0skickback They were in control of the game till Mendy was subbed and MacEntee was moved out from central defence. Poor tactics by the coach.
Multiple wildfires are ongoing in England and Wales, major incidents declared and people evacuated from homes. Yet the BBC shows no interest in turning any of them into a political circus. So why did it politicise the Cairngorms wildfire? Why did it send a political reporter to the Cairngorms?
Something very, very worrying is happening at BBC Scotland beyond the usual bias. This morning's Radio Scotland Breakfast is acting like a Burnham media machine pushing a 'Mayor's for Scotland' line.
Why is this worrying? Scotland voted against this in May. BBC Scotland is effectively ignoring the democratic process, bypassing Holyrood and promoting policies and ideas the Scottish electorate has already rejected.
At the centre of the propaganda this morning was Fiona Stalker and David Wallace Lockhart. The latter has filmed an item that includes Labour MSP Paul Sweeney and promotes the demand for a Glasgow mayor. Stalker had a set-piece interview with a Labour MP who also demanded a Mayor for Glasgow.
This isn't news. This is quite literally an attempt at bypassing the Scottish electorate and the Scottish parliament by trying to foist English policies onto Scotland.
Burnhams decision to remove Sarwar from Scotland , where he has been consistently rejected, and put him into UK government sums up the contempt he and his party have for Scotland
Prince George is apparently 13 today and it is on the 6 o clock news.
I think nearly all of us have reached 13. I remember my 13th birthday.
What a load of bullshit...
It is not news...
Where’s the next generation of Scottish players coming from when @tennisscotland chooses to close its only training centre for the summer holidays (8 weeks)? And offers no funding for kids in national or international competitions. Yet there are 4 full time performance staff. 🤷♀️
Always remember, BBC Scotland isn't Scottish. It's a London controlled franchise. The 'News' department doesn't report news, it pushes political narratives. Its latest narrative - Housing Crisis - has just been launched. Reporters won't mention that Scotland already builds more affordable houses per-head than England & Wales. The narrative must be negative.
