@jcdehart No doubt. The downfall of so many occurred when private companies began issuing student loans and were allowed to take advantage of young people.
Such a complicated situation.

@indianaclimate Absolutely. Lots of snow this season in the cascades and quite a bit of late-season rain in the lowlands. Good water resources for us, but I do wish we could send some of it down to california!
