@widehope@PolitlcsUK@UKLabour Where's the happy medium then? If the Tories underfund, give money to themselves and their mates and then Labour come in and need to borrow to manage the shortcomings, the people getting the money are in a perpetual state of gain
@DaveClarkeUFO@Warrior_Yeshua1@PolitlcsUK It's more like you're the landlord, you made a shite house for someone for rent with shit everywhere. Somebody else became the landlord and refused to deal with any of the problems and let it out anyway, whilst cleaning up a few weeds outside
@Warrior_Yeshua1@PolitlcsUK Yes. Being a new government and not actually removing or replacing the policies they opposed from the previous government is extremely complicit and questionably corrupt.
@HelenWebberley You mean "who they want to be". We have an obligation to tell our children what the facts are and what is fantasy and we must walk a very careful line with children and fantasy. This is because fantasy is an escape from life and often more fun than reality.
ยฃ900 for every household is a decent wedge to campaign for so well done @Jonathan_Hinder ! Will you please campaign for council tax to come directly from UC claimants UC? Far too many people screw up the archaic payment process, end up going to court and pay court fees. This means wasted valuable court time and more debt for people struggling as it is to climb up the ladder. Think about it, it makes sense to have it come out automatically.
@Heccles94 To be outright honest with you without pushing some sort of political narrative, he's the most 50 / 50 guy for me ever. Half of what he says makes sense to me and I resonate with it, the complete other half is so painstakingly stupid I can't care to watch. Such is life I guess
