@AmiriKing This pertains to Tennessee’s Stand your ground laws and is under the same annotated code as the Castle Doctrine. You are correct on the code.
@thisniggaspittn@DragonfruitBets@Pioneerszn Ok. He may be charged with a class A misdemeanor under Tennessee Code Annotated (T.C.A.) § 39-17-304 . Words do not give anyone the right to chimp out. He will have a predominantly white jury if he is charged. He will walk and he will bring in an easy million on his givesendgo.
@DragonfruitBets@Pioneerszn Many men have been killed by a single punch. He was being viciously attacked by a rabid chimp. Those fine white folks in Clarksville will understand.
@TDWIntercontin1@tariqnasheed Doubtful. If he was retreating and attacked while moving away he will be covered by stand your ground laws. He will probably be voted in as governor next election cycle also. I have spent a lot of time in Montgomery county. I don’t see an indictment if he was attacked.
@elonmusk please fix Grok so that us poor folks down in Appalachia can use it to fix our cars, washing machines, and everything else we can’t afford to pay for. My truck and washing machine wouldn’t be running if it wasn’t for Grok. It has improved my family’s life Immensely.
