I’ve seen moth Fed Ex and UPS have something along the lines of “Oops, there was a problem with your delivery” after pickup and in transit but before out for delivery updates to the tracking number.

Best Buy lived up to their part of the transaction, got the product into FedEx hands. The problem should be with FedEx.
