🚨UNBELIEVABLE: A migrant from Ghana hunted women on the streets of Oklahoma City. He attacked one. They let him go. He attacked another. They let him go again.

Jeff Kofi Asare, 26, born in Ghana and holding a valid green card, was arrested three times in August for alleged attacks on women. On August 1, police said he pushed a woman against a bus stop window and put his hands down her pants. L

The same day another woman said he approached from behind and pulled her pants down. He was arrested on sexual battery and indecent exposure charges and released after prosecutors could not locate the victims.

On August 6 near Scissortail Park he approached another woman from behind, grabbed her repeatedly, and started digging in his pants. He was arrested again and released.

On August 12 on a walking trail he pulled a jogging woman to the ground and tried to rape her in broad daylight. Nearby firefighters saw it, pulled him off her, and held him until police arrived. He was booked on a first-degree rape charge. His bond was later raised.

Court records show more than 20 arrest or booking entries since around 2022.
