"63% of Americans say the future of the country is a very significant source of stress in their lives." Let's fix this, people. #compassion https://t.co/Nd4L4goGCE
@CommissBratton@MSNBC Perfect analysis of how this tragedy will play out by @CommissBratton. Maybe someone in DC was listening and grew a moral compass.
@jabre22 @vegandos@DalaiLama Can't we do both? It's amazing how one's compassion expands when they stop fueling their body with hate & violence. 🙏🏼
This is big news. The world's biggest shipping firm pledges to cut carbon emissions to zero. CEO says "We will have to abandon fossil fuels."

In our modern society everything seems geared to material development, even our systems of education. As a result we no longer pay sufficient attention to our inner values, which leads to mental unrest. In order to address this imbalance we need to pay more attention to our minds
The first of my personal commitments is to work to increase human happiness by encouraging the cultivation of inner values and a sense of concern for others’ well being. These are the key factors whether one is a religious person or not.
I’m watching a documentary about what happens when a smart guy ends up in the #drumpf cabinet. If you haven’t seen @MikeJudge‘s #Idiocracy, it’s worth a watch in the current era. Hits close to home.
Irrespective of whether we have faith in religion or not, it’s good to be more compassionate. It makes us happier as individuals with a positive influence on our families and the neighborhood where we live.
I am one of the 7 billion human beings alive today. We each have a responsibility to think about humanity and the good of the world because it affects our own future. We weren’t born on this planet at this time to create problems but to bring about some benefit.
The study found that the world’s seven major industrial democracies spent at least $100 billion a year to prop up oil, gas and coal consumption at home and abroad in 2015 and 2016 despite their pledge to end fossil fuel subsidies by 2025.

As human beings we need to assess whether anger has any value - it destroys our peace of mind. Compassion, on the other hand, brings optimism and hope.
Right in your face, @realDonaldTrump! Wait a minute, weren't you going to bring back jobs to America, why are your hats being made in China? 🤔 https://t.co/43w5jZGlRD
Ethics are not a collection of commandments and prohibitions to abide by, but a natural inner offering that can bring happiness and satisfaction to ourselves and others.
Chilling Presidential statement tries to have it both ways: "I don't want children taken away... you have to take the children away"
Immoral & shameful. Traumatizing children & scarring them for life? We are better than this-History will not judge us kindly. https://t.co/ecu8IOKqHB
Really? The U.S. is out of the UN Human Rights Council, in the middle of a humanitarian crisis in the border. From zero to @realDonaldTrump, how much of a blatant scum does someone need to be proud of what's going on?
If pundits tells you something is true, and you don’t have the critical thinking skills to evaluate their statements, then you are putty in their hands, as they shape your world view to their will.
