Freedom of the Press (1st Amendment) was not considered by the Judge. Just the "due process" claims. E.g., Whether proper notices beforehand were given and such. And Trump is excluded from any of the restraining order. He can push a button that blocks their entry or shoot them dead to prevent their entry any time he wants.
