So called "empowerment" (a word I hate) facilities often adv women over men. Q - shouldn't there be sub-conditions to determine which women access & which men are denied these opportunities? I mean a prof woman shouldn't be ahead of a poor man on the affirmative action scale🤷🏾‍♀️?
