@AdHaque110 Symbolically, it could matter in future mediation. Lebanon could file an Article 12(3) declaration accepting ICC jurisdiction. But Lebanon’s fragmented political system makes such a move unlikely, especially if US pressure Beirut or condition assistance against it. Let's see.
