I don't see where you notified Mississippi residents that sales tax will increase from 7% to 9%, or that state tax on gasoline is just about to increase drastically, or that perhaps every tax and fee on utilities, etc, will skyrocket. Those groceries and trips out to eat will cost MORE, and so will a tank of gas, so no one will win. You want them to think you're doing something to help when in fact, you just guaranteed that the state will increase the money in their pockets but will drain ours. That was the plan all along.
