I ordered for Apple 13 for around 66k with a trade-in for 15k. The delivery agent came on Tuesday i.e, on 27-09-2022 in hurry. He have no idea on how to trade in IPhone and told that he would send someone who know that.

Careful w/ @Apple’s iPhone “trade in” program. Call in & escalate if they try to scam you! Apple’s online store said my iPhone 12 Pro Max was worth $530. After I sent it in they tried to revise it to $133 because of “scratches.” I called today & got it sorted.
