@AllisonPearson @Keir_Starmer @JoePJRobertson. This is a good article that everyone should read, then expect our Government to stand up and do the right thing - stamp such behaviour out, hold a broad and deep public enquiry into the acts, the failings and the cover ups, learn and improve.

Anything else is a failure to serve the nation that elected you.
