@AirFranceFR très déçu du suivi dossier pour bagage exceptionnel. Obligation de rappeler 5 fois le SAV, indications qui diffèrent d'un agent à l'autre, et plus de 15 jours à voir mon dossier trainer pour qu'on me dise au final que "J'aurai m'y prendre avant, le tarif a changé" 👌
