@CFA_CSUEastBay This is very misleading. Would you add a third column with our CFA demands so that the full story is told. By accepting 5% contingent for 24-25 we are giving up 3-year bargaining and have to wait a year. This benefits admin who are counting on labor movement momentum cooling.
