@joncoupland Yeah. That was my experience! It did, amazingly, come down to going from post office to post office until someone knew the process. When I finally found that legend, it was incredibly quick and simple. Keep the faith.

@joncoupland I've done this recently. Two main points, 1) Be prepared for the post office staff to not have a clue what to do. 2) You can't just do it when the vehicle turns 40. All of the vehicles that qualify this year will "go live" next year. So you can't do it immediately. Good luck!
