@lesfoliesbaek@noobbricks Oh please George lost all rights to complain at Zandvoort, where he let Kimi pass for nothing. A team order that didn't benefit him or the team, just Kimi. A great teamplayer yes, but not championship winning material. Max or Lewis would never have let him pass just like that.
@akajr83@noobbricks The red flag surely helped Kimi, but at that time Kimi still was in P12 and George in P1. It was still George's race to win, and he failed. That's on him.
@noobbricks He still would be in P6. He wouldn't have benefited fully from the VSC as he still would be in the pit lane when it ended. So he would have been at least 20 seconds behind the McLarens. No way he would have passed them.
@noobbricks It's funny that LH fans always complain when MV fans always argue that when Max loses it's because of anyone or anything besides himself, while LH fans are doing exactly the same when Lewis loses.
@noobbricks I'm getting sick and tired of LH fans arguing that when another driver wins, not even just Max anymore, it's because they drive a rocketship or get preferential treatment or their teammaten gets sabotage. But when Lewis wins, it's always on his own merit. How hypocritical.
@noobbricks It remains remarkable how Lewis Hamilton fans keep saying that Max Verstappen is washed or exposed after a couple of bad races. While their own driver is finally having some sort of a good season after 4 years of utter mediocrity.
@noobbricks It's totally understandable that Lewis backed up the pack in that race. He did everything in his power, as he should be, to win the championship, but it's not that Lewis got crucified for doing so.
@noobbricks @RLZ87_ The racetracks were maybe memorable for returning on the calendar, but the races themselves, apart from Istanbul, didn't delier in teams of racing and excitement. That's all I'm saving.
@noobbricks @RLZ87_ But for 2023: Hungary (10th to 1st on a track where it's difficult to overtake), Spa (14th to 1st in less than 20 laps), Zandvoort (complete chaos in first 10 laps), Monza (record-breaking 10th win in a row). All far more memorable than Mugello or Nurburgring in 2020.
@noobbricks @RLZ87_ The one and only real reason why you argue that 2023 is the most boring season ever is that it was dominated by a driver who wasn't named Lewis Hamilton.
