I visited an authorized service center and was quoted ₹16,999 for display replacement.

As a long-time OnePlus user (OnePlus One, OnePlus 7 Pro,OnePlus 12), I wanted to share my experience and check if other OnePlus 12 users have faced similar display issues.

My OnePlus 12 (16GB/512GB) has developed permanent horizontal lines and display flickering without any drop, impact, or water damage.

The device is in excellent condition and has been used very carefully.

I purchased it in May 2024 and also purchased an extended warranty. The display issue appeared only a few days (10 days) after the extended warranty expired.
