The golden rule of zero-knowledge privacy: if you lose your private note secret, nobody can recover your funds. Not even the protocol.
RobinShield enforces a strict client-side invariant:
"NO VERIFIED BACKUP = NO DEPOSIT BROADCAST"
Safety first: https://t.co/epx2mQo8xG
3/ A unique nullifier hash is derived using Poseidon(nullifier, nullifier).
The contract verifies the proof, marks the nullifier as spent, and releases the funds to your Fresh Recipient Address.
Your note secrets and nullifiers never leave your device.
RobinShield is currently live on Robinhood Chain Testnet.

How RobinShield ZK withdrawals work under the hood:
1/ When you deposit, a commitment is added to an on-chain 20-depth Poseidon Merkle tree.
Your note secret and nullifier stay on your device.
2/ When you withdraw, your browser generates a Groth16 zk-SNARK proof over BN254.
The proof shows that you own a valid commitment in the Merkle tree without revealing which deposited commitment is being spent.
@HarmanPaddey Ah got it. Just to clarify, that wasn’t us.
We haven’t launched any token yet, so please be careful with anything using the RobinShield name. We’ll announce it clearly through our official channels if that ever changes.
@HarmanPaddey Not yet. We haven’t launched a token.
You won’t need a token to use RobinShield. The privacy protocol is designed to work independently, while a token may become part of the wider ecosystem later.
You deposit ETH into RobinShield and get a Shield Key.
Later, you use that key to withdraw to a fresh address. The protocol uses zero knowledge proofs to prove the withdrawal is valid without revealing which deposit it came from.
Deposits and withdrawals are still visible onchain, but there’s no direct cryptographic link exposed between them.
Hey Robinhood Chain 👀
Who wants to shield 100 ETH just for science?
RobinShield is getting ready for bigger moves.
Private by default.
Verifiable by design.

Yes. RobinShield is being built as a privacy layer for Robinhood Chain.
Users shield ETH into fixed-denomination private notes and later withdraw to a fresh recipient using zero-knowledge proofs.
The protocol is live on testnet and progressing toward mainnet after security review and final ZK setup.

❓How can a withdrawal be submitted without using the fresh recipient wallet to pay gas?
RobinShield separates proof generation from transaction submission. Users generate a zero-knowledge proof locally, then route the withdrawal through a Public Relayer.

RobinShield just hit a major testnet milestone on Robinhood Chain.
• 1 wallet approval for multi-note shielding
• Background batch execution
• Real 26-note E2E completed on-chain
• 3 ETH / 3,000-note large-batch flow validated
• 142 tests passing
Mainnet comes after audit + final ZK setup.
