41 years at this thing called life, and here is what I learned.. 👇🏼

Who you surround yourself with matters. You become like the company you keep. Choose wisely.

Rest and recharge when you need. Learn to say no without explanation.

Learn to live with less and love it. Simplicity is where it’s at.

All the love you give away to others, you deserve that too. Start giving some love to yourself.

If you’re a giver, learn to set healthy boundaries because takers never will.

Enjoy every moment. You never know when it’s going to be the last.

Learn acceptance for all things. Accept people as they are and adjust yourself accordingly.

Don’t try to control things. Letting go and flowing with the current of life is a lot easier than fighting it.

Love those who love you and let the rest fall away.

Most importantly, when life hands you chaos, give it a wink and smile..
