July 6, 1936, Route 66, New Mexico. This is Martha Evans, 32. She had been walking for three days. Her husband died of tuberculosis in Oklahoma in May. The farm was foreclosed. She took the six kids and a Radio Flyer wagon and started west for California. The twins in the wagon were 11 months old. The boys walking were 6, 5, 4, and 3. Her dress was torn on barbed wire. Her leg was cut and infected. She wrapped it with a feed sack. She had $1.60 in her pocket. A photographer from the Resettlement Administration saw them and pulled over. He offered her a ride. She said no. She said if she took a ride now, the kids would expect one every time they were tired. She gave him her name and kept walking. The photo ran in newspapers across the country. Donations came to a PO box in Barstow. She got $200 and a bus ticket. She made it to Bakersfield and picked grapes. All six kids lived. Three went to college. Martha died in 1978. The wagon is in the Smithsonian.

Friends, I need to ask for something today.

Yolanda is scheduled for her liver surgery this afternoon between 2:00 and 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

This operation is critical. The surgeons will be fighting to remove the complication that the colon cancer which has metastasized turning our lives upside down and has tested us in ways I never thought possible.

Over the past five plus years, Yolanda has endured more than anyone should have to bear—surgeries, treatments, setbacks, victories, and countless battles that most people never see. I only share maybe one out of five. 😢

Through it all, she has remained remarkably strong, faithful, and courageous. She is still inspiring hospital employees, doctors and nurses with her counsel, wisdom and kind words.

Today, I'm asking for a massive wave of prayer.
Please pray for:

🙏 God's hand to guide every surgeon, nurse, and member of the medical team.

🙏 A successful operation with no complications.

🙏 Complete removal of the cancer.

🙏 Strength, peace, and comfort for Yolanda before, during, and after surgery.

🙏 Wisdom for her doctors and a smooth recovery.

🙏 A miracle.

Look west shortly after sunset tonight for a beautiful mini planetary parade.

On June 12, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter are lining up low in the western sky, offering one of the most accessible and striking planetary alignments of 2026. All three planets are easily visible to the naked eye.

Venus will shine as the brightest jewel in the twilight, with Jupiter appearing as another prominent bright point nearby. Mercury will sit lowest near the horizon, making it the most elusive of the trio.

For the best view, head outside 30 to 60 minutes after sunset. This event is perfect for beginners, no telescope or binoculars are required. Simply find a clear view of the western horizon and enjoy the show.

Although the planets appear close together from Earth, they are actually vast distances apart in space. Jupiter is currently hundreds of millions of miles away, while Mercury and Venus orbit in completely different parts of the solar system. Their alignment is simply a line-of-sight effect caused by the planets orbiting the Sun in roughly the same plane.

The celestial show continues beyond tonight. Over the coming evenings the grouping will shift, and around June 16–17, a delicate crescent Moon will join the lineup, creating what could be the most spectacular and photogenic moment of the entire event.

Last year, the SPLC added TPUSA to their so-called "hate map," placing us alongside neo-Nazi organizations and the Ku Klux Klan. The day before Charlie was murdered, they published a newsletter attacking him and Turning Point USA.

Today, they doubled down and stood by that designation.

They have to, because it's their real mission. As we now know thanks to the Trump DOJ, the SPLC itself funds violent extremist groups to stoke fear among the public, so they can stick organizations like Turning Point USA on their "hate map" and tar us by association.

Turning Point USA has, from the beginning, stood for open conversations and respectful debate regardless of creed or color.

All along, the real hate group is the SPLC, which recklessly sows hate every day with its lies.

Trump dropped an absolute bombshell yesterday. The media focused on him saying "I love the inflation." But did you hear the Venezuela raid-sized news he announced AFTER THAT?

The U.S. military has been secretly taking millions of barrels of oil OUT of the Strait of Hormuz in a massive operation. Not even Iran knew this. Everyone thought the tankers were just sitting there. THEY WEREN'T. That's why oil prices didn't reach deadly levels. That's why gas prices are dropping.

This is one of the most impressive military operations I’ve ever heard about. So why announce it to the world now? Why not let it keep going in secret? Here's my guess: It was a massive poker move against Iran, showing them that they have NO LEVERAGE, it let China know that America still controls the seas, and it let the American people know that Trump has a plan and it's WORKING.

That sure sounds like America First to me.
