🔬We propose the first flow matching framework for retrosynthesis: RetroSynFlow (RSF), which leverages intermediate molecular fragments called synthons.
RSF achieves 60% top-1 accuracy on the USPTO-50k benchmark, outperforming state-of-the-art template-free methods.
