@AmericanAir Well this seemed partially avoidable. Your attendants would not get on the plane and held up pilots and a plane load of people. This was a controllable.
@AmericanAir sitting at Msy waiting for flight to O’Hare. 2 flight attendants not getting on flight; now delayed 2 more hours. Shuttle hit by a bus but here I know if that happened to me on way to work - I would still figure out how to work and not hold up a plane. #excuses
@WorldStrides worst customer service ever. No wonder went bankrupt. Any school considering using them look someplace else. 50 minutes wait time, nasty and unhelpful. Last year during pandemic made me spend $200 to get my money back for a dc trip in Nov when no one was traveling
@XfinitySupport You stink! 8-9am appt guy never shows but says came and fixed from outside. Problem still exists. 40 minutes passed around with support. Just mansplaining….
