Jane Street reportedly did $39.6B in 2025 trading revenue with 3,500+ people.

About $11M of trading revenue per employee.

Then came the $6B CoreWeave AI cloud commitment. CoreWeave even called them a frontier lab.

That line matters. In finance, the AI edge is market data as training fuel, GPUs as research headcount, risk limits as product requirements, plus #ModelMonitoring, #RCAEngine, #NBAEngine and #AgenticAI turning models into P&L systems.
