If a vtuber creates a design based on a creature with such famous lore and doesn't want to be associated with what succubus have been associated with for over 900 years, they need to be prepared to tell people they are not interested in that.

They also need to be prepared to say this constantly as new people come into her sphere who don't know that she's not interested in NSFW content.

And if someone doesn't want to do that, then they should choose a different design.
