@xyz_buzz@shanefromml@Seth_3773 Oregon pitcher Tanner Bradley sophomore, wears no.30. Season stats: 54.1 IP, ERA 1.66, SO 84, BB 19. There's a lot of managers that would like a pitcher who "sucks" with those numbers in their bullpen, including Schloss.
@HornTakes It's more a comment to Casey Borba than to UT; understand the situation, he's not trying to hit you. and son, if you chirp at pitchers at the next level, you WILL get drilled next at bat, just so that you understand the difference.
@asal2906@TheTrojanBlade If you do that, you've got the bases loaded, winning run at 3rd and nowhere to put the batter. And, he should've been out of the inning by inducing a pop up. Gotta make that catch. And the center fielder gave up on the fly ball which he could've caught. So, that's the way it goes
@nevaron@ShotgunSpr He threw 2 non competitive pitches on an 0-2 count. Had he thrown the same pitch as he did 3-2 on 0-2 or 1-2 the batter likely strikes out. And I would've pulled him after he walked the first batter. You can't walk guys in that situation when you have the batter 0-2. Period.
@LaWrld_Uzi@11point7 What I would say to USC is the team relied too much on pitching all year. Run production was generally lacking and eventually it caught up with them.
@Colin_Murray_@11point7 Let's see; USC played in the heat and humidity of College Station won 4 in a row, beat UNC game 1, held the lead in game 3 until 2 outs in the 9th, yet they can't play in humidity. Next time just say, "great win by UNC" and leave it at that.
@EvanVieth I hated that play. Shudda gone straight steal by Stagg, if the catcher throws down to 2nd the runner at 3rd breaks for home. But I'm betting Tinney doesn't throw. He pump fakes to see if he can catch runner at 3rd breaking for home.
@BedellEvan@EvanVieth The most frustrating thing about this team all year was the inability to score with runner at 3rd and less than 2 outs. 3 times vs Texas they had that and all 3 times the runner got stranded. 3 runs; the difference in the game.
@leftcoastbsbl@JoeByron46 The move to the WCC was 100% driven by mens/women's basketball. At the official presser, they had basketballs and bb gear on the table and the WCC Conference Director Jackson specifically mentioned the WCC as a basketball Conference. Rumored payment to UCSB by WCC $10M to join.
