Monarch butterfly lesson today @RobisonES ! We watched a caterpillar turn into a chrysalis, caught a butterfly with our net, and watched hungry caterpillars feed on milkweed.

The garden @RobisonES is full of life! Fourth graders are finding sprouts, butterflies, mushrooms and even a hummingbird feeding on the duranta!

We eat roots! Second grade @RobisonES is busy planting radish, carrot, turnip and beet seeds today. Root vegetables are easy to grow and so fun to harvest!

Our sensory scavenger hunt led us to grub worms in our vegetable beds! Students found several while mixing compost into the soil during garden day today.
