She’s exactly correct - so many irresponsible statements by so-called “leaders” of indigenous interests - they should be ashamed.
They’re like immature and ignorant children.
Look up “treason” in the Criminal Code then explain how it possibly applies to anything Smith has done.
I’ll wait….
@JLRINVESTIGATES There is a huge cultural problem - not a racial problem - which has lead to too many young men finding themselves failing in life and involved in violence to their own detriment.
Karmelo Anthony is just one of many.
@YonteDa Kid went into a place he didn’t belong, was asked to leave several times, and when Metcalf legitimate sought to simply push him out - he was stabbed to death.
Last I checked, no one alleged that Metcalf tried to bludgeon Anthony with a weapon.
This “personal data” is shared with all political parties - and they, in turn, use it to poll and solicit support, so that “personal data” is in the hands of all sorts of unbonded, unvetted, individuals and businesses (see robocalls.)
Explain to me why parties require access to the voting rolls.
Including Naheed Nenshi’s party.
@iamcardib Yes. Making an example that when you stab people you go to jail. That is the “example” that would make all people safer, black, white, regardless.
Yes. You’re happy to everyone should be happy. The grotesque lack of empathy and awareness - on both sides of this issue (just criticized Jeffrey Rath for the same thing) - is rather pathetic.
I’ll vote for independence. Pretty sure I didn’t start out this way - having voted Liberal and even NDP in the past.
So - am I “part of the problem” or just a symptom of a problem?
@IsaacHayes3 Dude. Your post is rather racist. Review the facts - unequivocally witnesses affirmed Anthony created the conflict and stabbed another youth where his own safety was not at risk.
I’m voting for separation. And I can give you ten good reasons why I shouldn’t. Almost in politics is either black or white - there are always arguments for an against - legitimate arguments.
So - if you don’t understand that, you’re hardly the kind of person who should lead a movement because you lack empathy and intelligence.
Beyond that - if a “clear majority” did vote in favor of separation, barring a complete exodus as some suggest could happen - you’re going to still end up with a sizeable amount of people who make up Alberta who disagreed with it - and having some modicum of understanding and respect for those who don’t support independence wouldn’t be too much to ask.
Mostly you embarrass the movement.
@alleria_eh I find it completely amusing how unhinged twats from outside of Alberta want to share their opinions about how Alberta should be run.
Which is the actual appeal of independence btw… so keep up being insufferable. It only strengthens our resolve to tell you good-bye.
@meganalbu Yeah… except we’re not going anywhere champ.
We’ll continue to stand against oppression and political opportunism (which you know well chief).
@AmIANantiSemite@Timcast Trump is an ass.
But he’s a symptom of division that, sadly, Obama magnified.
Anyone who blames one side for the polarization issue is, in fact, contributing to the issue.
