@JagexSupport the player mod “Dr Khaoss” keeps muting me for no reason - he does this all the time, and his mutes last about 10 minutes and then he mutes me again... this is a clear abuse of his player mod status... sort this out please! He needs warning!!!

@JagexSupport I’ve tried 4 times and it’s successfully taken money each time. No bond and £16 out of pocket! I’ve even used 2 different cards! Rsn:105th ... can something be sorted? I can send you bank statement if you need it

@JagexSupport my account 105th I purchased a bond and it said payment failed so tried again and it said payment failed... I checked my bank and you’ve taken two payments but no bonds!! What the heck?! I want this sorting ASAP
