I believe he was misunderstood. The point his trying to make is that Putin doesn’t respect the ceasefire agreements. JD took this to another level. Unnecessary in my opinion! Also why doesn’t he wear a suit?? Maybe because his people are getting killed and he doesn’t feel like looking sharp while his country is in shambles?!
